Well I have fallen off twice due to some big events happening. Day to day I do well and even at an event I do 1000% better, but there is always terrible temptation. I am learning to work through it though. Looking toward a great day today.
Only 5 days left. But for me I am looking at a total lifestyle change and how I look at food. That doesn't mean I will never have pasta, bread, or sweets again. It means I have learned how to modify and control how I eat and put foods together. Surprisingly I don't enjoy the sweets or sugar like I use to. Which is a good thing.
