Whole 30 - Day 7

Try a new chili recipe and it was fantastic. I am eating 3 times a day and my diet is about 98% clean. I am use to eating 5-6 times a day, so 3 times a day is definitely different. I am also doing a super shake I'm the morning. Usually kale, strawberries, blueberries and sometimes bananas.
