Whole 30 - Day 6

Well I am on day 6 of my Whole 30 journey. Getting rid of sugars and artificial sweeteners has been difficult. Especially with my morning coffee. But I know it is the right thing to do right now.
Made a tasty Carrot Ginger Chicken Soup last week and a Smokey Bacon Chili today. Things are going well and I am seeing weight loss. More to come.
