Whole 30 - Day 26

Well I have fallen off twice due to some big events happening. Day to day I do well and even at an event I do 1000% better, but there is always terrible temptation. I am learning to work through it though. Looking toward a great day today.

Only 5 days left. But for me I am looking at a total lifestyle change and how I look at food. That doesn't mean I will never have pasta, bread, or sweets again. It means I have learned how to modify and control how I eat and put foods together. Surprisingly I don't enjoy the sweets or sugar like I use to. Which is a good thing.

Well, still on track. Not easy at the office with coworkers eating bagels with cream cheese and cupcakes. So far, I have managed to avoid it.

Whole 30 - Day 13

Today is day 13 of Whole 30 food plan. Really focused which is good. Also started a 24 day challenge for detox and supplementation from 24days2Wellness.com. Experimenting with Super Shakes. Today I will be adding raw broccoli, beets, cacao, chia seeds, and goji berries into some different types of shakes. Talk about nutritional in antioxidants. Insanity - Cardio Recovery is complete.

Whole 30 - Day 12

Good food day. Learning to make really good choices when we go out. It is possible to go out, eat healthy, and really enjoy your food without sacrifice.
