Whole 30 - Day 13

Today is day 13 of Whole 30 food plan. Really focused which is good. Also started a 24 day challenge for detox and supplementation from 24days2Wellness.com. Experimenting with Super Shakes. Today I will be adding raw broccoli, beets, cacao, chia seeds, and goji berries into some different types of shakes. Talk about nutritional in antioxidants. Insanity - Cardio Recovery is complete.
